What areas do you serve?
We're based in St Paul, Minnesota and run interstate authority to all 48 contiguous states. Our densest coverage is the Upper Midwest, Great Lakes, I-94 and I-35 corridors, Texas triangle and Southeast.
How do I get a freight quote?

Are you DOT authorized and insured?
Yes. North East Express LLC holds active interstate for-hire authority under USDOT 2298785 and MC 793524, with $750,000 liability coverage on file with the FMCSA. Certificates of insurance and our carrier packet go out the same day you ask.
Can you handle refrigerated and food-grade freight?
Yes. Reefer loads run with continuous temperature monitoring, and we return downloadable temp logs alongside the signed BOL. Drivers are trained on FSMA sanitary transport requirements, and trailers are washed out between food-grade loads.
What is the difference between FTL and partial/LTL?
FTL means the trailer is dedicated to your freight and runs direct — fastest transit, least handling, best for 10+ pallets or high-value cargo. Partial/volume LTL shares trailer space with compatible freight, so you pay for the space you use with a small transit trade-off.
How fast can you cover an urgent load?
Dispatch is staffed 24/7. In the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest we can typically get a truck under an expedited load the same day, and we run teams for long-haul time-critical freight.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30 from a clean invoice with signed POD is standard; quick-pay is available by agreement. Every load ships against a written rate confirmation, so the invoice never contains a number you haven't already approved.
